In the proposed March 2023 ByLaws, the RRF HOA Members Would Have No Rights or Protections

In the proposed March 2023 ByLaws (disapproved by RRF HOA membership), the RRF Board of Directors would have dictatorial power over the HOA membership.

There cannot be any appeal by an RRF HOA membership.

The Propose March 2023 ByLaws (disapproved by the RRF HOA Members) says:

6.01 Enforcement (Notice and Hearing) …
E. The decision by the Board is final and binding on the Member.


From our current Bylaws, Article III, Sec. 3, g it says:

(g) Enforcement: To enforce by the equitable
and/or legal means available any and all of the provisions of
the planned development documents, including, but not limited
to these Bylaws and the Declaration as the same or any of them
may, from time to time, be amended.

The above current Bylaws give the RRF HOA membership protections and rights.
