In the 23 years of being a member of the RRF HOA, I have saved the RRF HOA $8,660 by:

I got the US Post Office to pay and install 2 group mailboxes ($2,400). I got a refund from Gold Coast security
($2,900), a broken table ($500), a bogus plumbing bill ($600), and a new basketball hoop ($1,100).

I installed a free high-speed internet connection to my home for the Clubhouse security cameras for
three years ($1,260). During these three years, I made videos and pictures and kept them on my computer to document the trespassers and show them to the police if they returned. Below, see an example of the videos and pictures I made.
